StrokeIQ Open Beta Terms
These terms cover the current open beta version of StrokeIQ. They are a practical beta launch draft and should be reviewed by counsel before broad commercial release.
Who can use StrokeIQ
StrokeIQ is offered to coaches and staff members who are at least 18 years old and use individual accounts. Access is personal to the account holder. You may not share your account, resell access, or try to bypass hosted access controls.
Beta status
This product is still in beta. Features may change, metrics may improve over time, and the service may be interrupted while the beta is being refined. StrokeIQ is intended to support coaching review, not to replace professional judgement or medical advice.
Billing
If paid beta access is enabled, billing, renewal, cancellation, failed payments, and stored payment methods are handled by the payment provider. StrokeIQ does not store full card numbers.
Acceptable use
- Use StrokeIQ only for legitimate coaching, athlete review, and internal team work.
- Do not attempt to copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or redistribute the hosted service.
- Do not upload unlawful, abusive, or unauthorized content.
- Use athlete footage only when you have the required rights, notices, and permissions from athletes, teams, schools, organizations, or guardians.
- Do not use StrokeIQ for medical diagnosis, employment decisions, or other high-stakes automated decisions.
Suspension and cancellation
StrokeIQ may suspend or cancel beta access for non-payment, account sharing, misuse, or operational risk. You can cancel recurring billing through the Stripe customer portal.
Liability and availability
StrokeIQ is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis during beta. The service may change, pause, or be withdrawn. These draft terms should be reviewed and expanded with legal counsel before production launch.
