StrokeIQ Open Beta Privacy

This notice describes the current open beta. It is a practical launch notice and should still be reviewed by qualified counsel before wider commercialization.

Controller and contact

StrokeIQ / Rowmetrics is the controller for account and beta access data. Privacy requests can be sent to rowmetrics.ai@gmail.com.

What StrokeIQ collects

Video and pose analysis

StrokeIQ is designed so raw webcam/video analysis runs in the browser. The hosted beta does not intentionally upload raw video for analysis unless you later use a feature that clearly says it uploads, exports, or shares a file. Coaches remain responsible for having the right permissions from athletes, teams, schools, or guardians before using identifiable athlete footage.

Purposes and lawful bases

Processors and transfers

These providers may process data outside the UK/EEA. Before inviting EU/UK users at scale, Rowmetrics should keep appropriate processor terms, DPAs, and transfer safeguards such as standard contractual clauses where required.

Cookies and local storage

StrokeIQ uses necessary browser storage for authentication, theme preferences, local settings, and working coaching data. See the Cookie Policy for details.

Retention and deletion

Account data is kept while the beta account remains active and for a reasonable period needed for security, support, legal, or billing records. Local browser data stays on the user's device until the user clears browser storage or uses an in-app reset/export flow. Deletion requests are reviewed manually during beta.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal data. EU/UK users may also complain to their local supervisory authority. Contact rowmetrics.ai@gmail.com to make a request.
