Coach Settings

Performance

Balance speed vs battery

Controls how many frames per second are analyzed

Tracking Filters

Reduce false tracking when someone is standing in view.

Ignore standing figures

Lenient filter that only blocks very upright, stationary poses.

Uses wrist-elbow-hip-knee-ankle confidence plus cycle periodicity to reject false subjects.

cm

Caps drive/recovery handle height travel. Values above your torso length are usually noise.

1 = lenient. 10 = strict filtering for non-oval/non-linear handle paths.

°

Use 0 on a flat floor. Positive means the right side of the setup is higher.

Adaptive phase thresholds

Learns drive/recovery velocity percentiles from the first strokes of each session.

deg

EDBS is scored from body-angle delta between catch reference and hands-past-feet.

Difficulty & Metrics

Freestyle uses this slot after Total. Focus lanes can still override it when needed.

PM5 & Debug

PM5 connection and force-curve debug simulation controls.

PM5 debug preview mode

Lets you preview force-curve graph + profile labels without PM5 connected.

Disconnected

Webcam capture controls.

High-fidelity capture (120fps)
